Before you let Aimé help.
A few honest answers about your EHR, your data, and what she can change.
No. Aimé works inside the EHR you already use.
There is no chart migration, no new record system, and no second dashboard to babysit. Aimé sits on top of your existing EHR and helps with the work already happening there: notes, chart updates, follow-ups, messages, scheduling, and payer documentation.
Aimé is built for 40+ web-based EHRs used by psychiatrists, therapists, and behavioral-health practices.
If your EHR runs in the browser, Aimé is designed to work with it. During early access, we check your EHR and your workflow first — because every practice has its own little rituals, shortcuts, and “please don’t touch that field” moments.
Aimé runs through a browser extension.
With your permission, Aimé can read the page you are on, understand what you asked for, fill fields, draft text, prepare chart updates, and show you what she is about to do. You stay in the driver’s seat: Aimé prepares the work, then waits for your approval.
No. Aimé asks before she writes.
She can draft the note, fill the field, prepare the message, and find the slot. But before anything is saved, sent, or changed, you see it first — and you can approve, edit, ignore, or redo the work.
A receipt is Aimé’s “here’s exactly what happened” record.
For every approved action, Aimé keeps track of the patient, the field or workflow, the source, the time, and the action status — so you can see what changed, where it came from, and why. Nothing disappears into a black box.
No. Aimé listens when you start a session or give a command.
You control when capture begins and ends. Aimé is meant to help you stay with the patient — not become another presence you have to manage in the room.
Before care, Aimé can brief you on the patient, last session, meds, goals, risk signals, and rapport anchors.
During care, she can capture key moments and surface evidence when asked. After care, she drafts the note, prepares the EHR update, and saves the receipt. Between care, she helps with follow-up slots, inbox replies, payer documentation, and next-session prep.
A good scribe helps you leave the room with a note. Aimé helps with the work the note creates: updating the chart, finding the follow-up slot, drafting the portal reply, preparing payer work, and saving the receipt.
Less work after the note — that is the difference.
No. Patient data is not used to train foundation models.
Aimé is built for clinical workflows where privacy matters. PHI is encrypted, handled under HIPAA/BAA workflows, and tied to an audit trail for approved actions.
Your notes are not training data. Your patients are not a dataset. Your approval is the final step.
If your practice does things differently, we’ll start there.
You became a clinician to sit with people, not software.
